West Fallowfield strongly encourages prospective students and families to visit our campus!  Please call to schedule a meeting or visit our campus at one of our Open Houses (see Calendar of Events for dates and times).

Districts that provide busing to WFCS include:  Avon Grove, Coatesville, Octorara, Oxford, Pequea Valley, and Solanco.
 

Registration

We encourage a visit to our campus to learn more about WFCS and the application process, tuition rates, and financial assistance offered. Please call the school at 610-593-5011 or email office@wfcs.org to schedule a convenient time.  

Application Process

1) Submit the following forms, available from office@wfcs.org:

a. Application for Admission

b. Pastor’s Confidential Recommendation Form

c. Certificate for Request for Textbooks and Instructional Materials

d. Immunization Card completed by physician

e. Request for Information (sent following acceptance)

f. Medical Information

g. Patron Agreement (bring to interview)

All of these forms are available by contacting the school office at (610)593-5011 or emailing office@wfcs.org.

2) There is ONE registration fee per family.  The non-refundable registration fee of $200.00 will be paid online after we receive your information and are able to upload it.  Please watch for an email from Blackbaud Tuition Management (formerly Smart Tuition) so that you can set up your account and pay your registration fee on time. Tuition payments are also made via Blackbaud Tuition Management. If you have questions, please contact the school.  

3) An informal interview between the parents and the Admissions Committee is arranged upon receipt of the application, pastor’s recommendation form, and registration fee.  The Admissions Committee will contact you to arrange an interview.

4) Students entering middle school as first-time students will interview with the Middle School Coordinator.

5) Every attempt will be made to assess the academic background of the student applicant prior to admission.  The Board of Trustees reserves the right to make provisional acceptance pending clarification of a student’s educational needs.  For kindergarten applicants, this includes satisfactory completion of the developmental screening.

6) The school office will contact parents to confirm their child’s acceptance.
