I have a degree from Chatham College in Psychology and Education with dual certification in both early childhood and elementary education. I spent several years teaching kindergarten in a small, private school in the heart of Pittsburgh. When I relocated to eastern PA, I found myself in an early childhood education environment teaching Pre-Kindergarten. My passion for working with children and their families grew as I moved into an administrative role, where I served for the past ten years combining both business and education to successfully oversee a variety of early childhood programs throughout the state.
I was so thankful to answer God’s call to return to the classroom! I was so excited to join the teaching team at WFCS and serve children and families! The classroom is my favorite place to be! I am thankful for the opportunity to combine a love for Jesus, one another and learning to foster growth in students helping them become the young men and women God has created them to be!
I am married to Matthew and have three young boys! I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling together and reading in the quiet moments! Together we belong to Gateway Church where I teach Sunday School each week!
