Student Activities

Students at WFCS have various opportunities to explore their God-given talents in activities inside and outside the classroom.

Middle School students are able to choose electives such as: Carving, Drawing/Painting, Pottery, Worship Team, Cooking, and STEM.  Clubs are held once a week and include a variety of athletics and special skills.

Also at the Middle School level, students participate in outside-the-classroom activities that include Outdoor Education at Black Rock Retreat for Sixth Graders, Envirothon Competition at  Hibernia County Park, MSC Speech Meet, MSC Choir Festival, ACSI Fine Arts Competition, WFCS Fine Arts Revue.  Eighth Graders participate in a Spiritual Retreat at the end of their year.

WFCS students also have the opportunity to participate in Local Community Service Projects, Student Council, Worship Team, Stage Crew, Instrumental Lessons, Safety Patrol and More.

All classes take several field trips to enchance their learning in the classroom.  Preschool's trip to the Post Office/Library/Grocery Store (Community), Third Grade’s Nature Center Trip (Science), and Middle School's Trip to Gettysburg (American History) to mention a few.
